05/24/2022Last month, partner Alexis Cirel was a panelist at the American Bar Association Family Law Section Spring CLE Conference in New Orleans. Her program, entitled Yours Mine and Ours, addressed some of the many areas in which her practices of fertility law and matrimonial law converge, whether/how longstanding legal presumptions such as those arising out of the marital relationship are reconciled with the new reproductive possibilities enabled by scientific advances, and ways to assist clients in resolving modern family conflicts in this space.
